Book Review - Meditation: How to Meditate: A Practical Guide to Meditation by Pema Chödrön

This is an easy read and good instructional book for folks learning to meditate; it contains several useful exercises. Much of the information is covered in other books but I find the repetition useful. What I like best about this book is the discussion (and exercises) on using thoughts, emotions, and senses as objects of meditation; this was new to me.
