I don't know whether it is the case for all Oregon State Parks but there was not access fee for Harris Beach!

Harris Beach State Park
Bordering Brookings, Oregon to the north along Hwy. 101 is beautiful Harris Beach S.P. Lots of rock outcrops contribute to a beautiful setting, although they put a damper on running along the beach:( But, I found plenty of short trails and sufficient vertical to work up a sweat.
I don't know whether it is the case for all Oregon State Parks but there was not access fee for Harris Beach!
