On the drive from Tucson to Colorado, I stopped in Albuquerque to store my Airstream. After talking to the Albuquerque Airstream dealer (http://www.holidaytraveltrailers.com) and thinking a lot about my future plans, I've decided to sell the Airstream. The dealer sell it from their lot but also advertise on www.airstreamclassifieds.com. Given its small population and out-of-the-way location, Albuquerque is not an ideal location for selling an Airstream (places like Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, LA, San Fran, Portland etc. are much better) but we'll see what happens over the summer.
I've thought a lot about this and while I enjoyed living in the Airstream the past 13 months, it is time to move on. I'll be living in a home in Maryland for the summer and if that doesn't work out long-term, I may rent an apartment or condo in Tucson for the winter.
For now, I'm still in Colorado seeing friends and packing/repacking/consolidating before making the drive to Maryland.
