Swimming in Colorado

I'm in Colorado for 2 weeks so decided to swim at my home town recreation center in Lone Tree. Only 3 lap lanes (25 yards) but not much of a crowd so had a lane to myself. Swam 20 laps (1000 yards) Thursday (after yoga class) but only 10 laps on Friday as my back was hurting.
