Central Oregon

Smoke from fires burning in Central Oregon caused me to leave my Burns, OR campground early this morning and head west. No danger from the fires; however, the smoke was irritating my senses. A 3 hour drive west from Burns via Hwy. 20 brought me to Bend, OR; from there, another 16 miles northwest toward Sisters, OR took me to the Bend/Sisters Garden RV Resort (http://www.bendsistersgardenrv.com) - my home for the  next two nights.

Near my Burns Campground, I spotted this deer walking in  the yard of a nearby house.
Brothers, OR along Hwy. 20 is where the Three Sisters mountains are first visible.

Three Sisters along Hwy. 20 just east of Bend.

Site 46 at the Bend/Sisters Garden RV Resort. Very nice place!

A trout pond at the Bend/Sisters Garden RV Resort.

Wide, paved streets and lots of large shade trees at the RV Resort.

Nice landscaping at the RV Resort.

Next door to the RV Resort is the Sisters Rodeo grounds

A nice park at the Sisters Rodeo grounds.

Couple of horses mowing the lawn at the rodeo grounds.
