New Meditation Cushion and Yoga Mat

When in Denver last week, I picked up my new meditation cushion and travel yoga mat! what a difference the right equipment makes! The cushion is a travel size from Sage Meditation; its great for my posture. The Hugger Mugger Tapas Travel mat is very thin so it doesn't take much space when it rolls up. I use the hallway in the galley as my yoga "room":)
