Haeinsa Temple

Haeinsa Temple was established in the year 802 (now there's history for you:). I spent 2 nights at this beautiful temple located in a national park. I'd hoped to see the 85,000 sutras but the are locked away under 24 hour guard. The temple complex is huge and very much the tourist attraction; as compared to More restive temples like Mihwangsa.
