Buffalo WY

Arrived in Buffalo, WY this morning; staying at the Deer Park Campground. Nice, shaded, and quiet campground.
Been about 5 years since I've been in Buffalo so I walked the historic downtown for awhile.  On a recommendation I visited the "Golden Rule" produce stand a couple of miles out of town - this is exactly what I've been thinking of doing! It is a family farm operation where the wife and kids run the garden/produce business. She told me that it started about 3 years ago as a family garden but over production led to a need to give away or sell the excess produce. She then expanded the garden and through grants, was able to build a large hoop house. I bought more produce than I could eat but it all looked so good and was so fresh; her and her kids picked fresh what I wanted. See photos below.
