Think I've settled into a meditation routine in the AS. Previously, I indicated it was too erratic an environment for regular mediation but that turned out to be a convenient excuse that didn't really hold up to scrutiny. As I read Meditation - Now or Never by Steve Hagen, I realized its too easy finding excuses for not meditating and one can mediate just about anywhere through any situation if one is motivated. I'm now meditating twice a day in the AS on one of the pillows for my sofa but have ordered a traveling meditation cushion (http://www.sagemeditation.com/cosmic-cushion-meditation-cushion/?gclid=CJTj3O_Nvr8CFQaBfgodZIgA-g) Sage Mediation that should improve the experience as well as my posture.
Following my meditation routine, I'm also getting back into a few yoga stretches (hope to stick with it:) More so that meditation, yoga is a real challenge in a 25' AS:) This is probably my biggest challenge to date. While I've mastered towing and living in the AS, exercising on a regular basis is surprisingly challenging. The key, I'm finding, is variety and being on constant lookout for opportunities. This will improve once I settle in one place for a month or more:)
