Couscous is an easy to make and delicious grain with a high protein content (8g/1/3c). Just add to boiling water, cover the pot, turn off the stove, and wait 5 minutes! I made whole wheat couscous from Trader Joe's and topped it with steamed asparagus, sprinkled with feta cheese, and black sesame seeds. You can add butter and salt to the water mixture but it isn't necessary; I added a tsp of olive oil to the water and drizzled another on top of the finished meal.
