Dinner

Last night's dinner consisted of Farro (grain) topped with a poached egg surrounded by steamed carrots and cauliflower, sprinkled with steamed mushrooms and scallions, topped with sesame seeds and drizzled with olive oil. Not bad for a quick meal although broccoli (instead of cauliflower0 might provide a brighter color contrast with the egg and Farro.
