Too Much Food?
Judging from the number of posts, it must appear like I eat all the time! I do eat often and quite a lot I think. I'm thinking of cutting recipes back to 1/2 or more but when I've tried this in the past, invariably, I'll make a mistake and add one or more ingredients at the full recipe level while the rest are 1/2 strength; need to work on this:) In addition, I love cooking/baking and someone has to eat the results:) I've given bread to my employers but there is only so much bread people are willing to take, no matter how good:) At last week's group meditation, I volunteered to bake bread for their fund raising bazaar this Saturday so that will be another outlet for my efforts:) I'm also trying to gain weight and all this cooking is paying off:) I've gained about 6 pounds since moving to MD.

I do the same thing when I cut or double recipes! Must run in the family :)
