Sourdough Starter

Now that I have a kitchen, I'm renewing my love affair with baking and that includes sourdough. I ordered new sourdough starter, and a cute crock to keep it in, from King Arthur Flour (http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/sourdough-and-crock-set); this is the same starter and crock I used prior to my journey. Supposedly, the Mother of this starter is over 250 years old!

New sourdough starter requires feeding with water and flour before it is ready to use (note the bubbles) - can't wait!
