Morning Glory Muffins

Finally had all the ingredients to make 12 large morning glory muffins; everything but the kitchen sink:)


  • Whole wheat flour
  • Wheat germ
  • Oat bran
  • Baking soda
  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • Brown sugar
  • Water
  • Cinnamon
  • Walnuts
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Carrots
  • Granny Smith apple
  • Ginger
  • Eggs
  • Canola oil
  • Unsweetened, shredded coconut
  • Vanilla extract



Let cool in muffin pan for about 5 minutes and then remove to cooling rack for another 30 minutes; they'll sweat if left in the muffin pan too long.
