Baked a loaf of Harvest Grains Bread this morning using the bread machine. Forgot about timing so it stayed in the machine (on warmer mode) for 45 minutes after finishing; this typically causes the bread to collapse a bit but it did not dry out and the taste was very good (in my opinion:).

Can see a little collapse of the roof from keeping bread in the machine on warmer mode after it finished.
Nice air pockets means the bread was light and chewy; not dense like some whole wheat breads.
